People working at Nikhef are employed by NWO-I or they have an appointment at a university. The applicable collective labour agreements are the CAO-OI and the cao Dutch universities.
Both cao’s include good primary and secundary working conditions. Apart from a competitive salary, Nikhef employees can count on – among other things – a full thirteenth month, participation in the ABP pension fund and approximately 8 weeks leave a year. There are also ample opportunities for training and development.
