The NIKHEF Data Processing Facility administrators will try to help and solve your issues with Grid computing at NIKHEF. Please be specific in your request, and specify clearly any attempts you have already undertaken to solve the issue. Include any and all error messages you got in relation to your issue.
Then - as a Nikhef user - you can contact the help desk at ext 2200,
or visit the helpdesk service room. You can also contact the helpdesk

Users external to Nikhef can send the request to grid <dot> support @ nikhef.nl.
