Some C++ useful links

·      This link contains the video of 13 lectures on C++ given by Kunz (to watch the video you need to have RealPlayer installed which is a bit of a pain)

·      Here are 6 pdf files with the sheets of Kunz’ 13 lectures: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

·      Here is a very nice C++ Web Tutorial

·      And here is the NIST Course on C++ programming for scientists

·      The book ‘Thinking in C++’ has good reviews and is available online for free so it is worth to have a look at the pdf files of Volume 1 (878 pages) and Volume 2 (592 pages) or at the html version of Volume 1

·      Here are my two cents worth of small C++ programs to try things out
