In Statusregister 2 some status flags/bits can be read; writing to the register
with bits set to '1' will reset the the corresponding status flag/bit.
Table 7 lists the bit position of these flags/bits.
The following flags/bits are defined:
- A28,A29,A30,A31 : the levels
 that are enabled
onto the VME
address line A28 to A31 when VME is
accessed (NOTE: in the transputer X
Statusregister A31 and A30 are swapped; this is
 a bug, not a feature),
 - rst_mq(2) : a test bit connected to to the
reset
 state machine (no further details),
 - am_en : indicates that this transputer is
currently
 master on the Local Bus,
 - pfmf : Postfetch Mode Flag, indicates that this
 trans-
puter accesses VME in Postfetch Mode,
 - lock : indicates that this transputer has set
the
 lock flag.

Table: Definition of bits in Statusregister 2
 (NOTE: due to a hardware
bug A31 and A30 are swapped in transputer X's Statusregister).
