WORKSHOP ON HIGH ENERGY POLARIMETERS

WORKSHOP INFORMATION

A Workshop on High-Energy Polarimeters will be held just prior to the SPIN96 Symposium. All talks will be published in the SPIN96 proceedings. For the workshop a separate fee of Dfl 100 is applicable, covering among others coffee and lunch. Persons attending one or both of the workshops automatically receive the proceedings.

Topics will include:

• Moller Polarimeters: single-arm, double arm, Moller targets
• Compton Polarimeters: electron detectors, gamma detectors, laser systems
• Synchrotron Radiation Polarimeters and other techniques
• Transverse and Longitudinal Polarimetry
• Polarimeters for Linear Colliders, Storage Rings, Fixed Target Experiments
• Depolarization effects and Spin Transport considerations
• Proton polarimetry session
