12TH INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON HIGH
ENERGY SPIN PHYSICS
- GENERAL INFORMATION
This symposium covers topics related to polarization phenomena in particle
and nuclear physics. It consists of
plenary sessions with invited talks and
reports of conferences sponsored by the International Committee for
High-Energy Spin Physics Symposia. In addition
parallel sessions with
invited and contributed talks and industrial presentations will be organized.
Topics will include:
- Spin in few-body systems
- Spin in lepton-hadron scattering
- Spin in hadron-hadron scattering
- Spin in electron-positron annihilation
- Spin in hyperons and hypernuclei
- Spin in heavy quark systems
- Spin physics in and beyond the standard model
- Polarized sources and targets
- Polarized beams
- Polarimetry
On Monday September 9, a series of lectures will
be given for graduate students.
