1) Make sure all cable is properly connected;
2) Bring up TTCvi
3) Reload the CSM program by using iMPACT
4) Init CSM by using JTAG
   a) JTAG -> Setup CSM: Select at least one mezzanine card and
                         select CSM Next State to be "IDLE", push
                         DONE button;
   b) JTAG -> Setup CSM: Select CSM Next State to be "Reset TTCrx and
                         GOL", then push DONE button;
   c) JTAG -> Setup CSM: Select CSM Next State to be "IDLE", then
                         push DONE button;
      at stage c) all status should be green, if there is any RED status,
      check the CSM status again by
   d) JTAG -> Setup CSM
5) To stop the CSM-1 sending "Separator, TDC0..TDC17, Separator etc."
   a) TTCvi -> Disbale trigger:
   a) JTAG -> Setup CSM: set "CSM Enable Trigger" Button to "CSM Disable Trigger"
                         DONE button;
   b) JTAG -> Setup CSM: select "CSM Enable Trigger" again
                         DONE button;
