The sequential version for a 32-bits architecture.

The translation was made by Peter Uwer inside a virtual machine. It seems to run fine, but the clock is still a bit funny. Also we could not get the GMP routines to go. Also the POSIX threads have still not been resolved. Hence TFORM is out of the question for now.
