The files in this directory are

form	2379 K	The sequential version.
form.gz	1101 K	The gzipped form of the sequential version.
tform	2512 K	The multi-threaded version.
tform.gz	1154 K	The gzipped form of the multi-threaded version.

The latest translations were made with Redhat linux enterprise 5.3. A static link was used. Hence the excutables should run on nearly any flavour and most versions of linux.
This version should also run on the Opteron line of processors.

We have also a translation make on a Xeon computer with the Intel compiler. They seem to run on the Opteron as well. On average this executable is a few percent faster.

formi	3301 K	The sequential version.
formi.gz	1423 K	The gzipped form of the sequential version.
tformi	3469 K	The multi-threaded version.
tformi.gz	1478 K	The gzipped form of the multi-threaded version.

This version uses the (nearly fully compliant) Posix threads implementation. The older version used the Linux threads which were less Posix compliant.
