A new cable is produced at GS Präzisions in Switzerland .
Deflection test is done for 4 seperate flatcables (deflection = X:30mm Y:5mm).
Each cable is tested for 25.000 cycles

A simple test is done to define the deflection-force for a flatcable
(deflection = 30mm). Note that the numbers are approximate.
- new cable =0.5 [N]
- cable after 70.000 cycles =0.25 [N]
Total force for all 100 cables = 50-25[N]

The durabilty of a FLATCABLE is tested for 70.000 cycles.
No cracks or other damage is observed.
