Cabling is almost finisched by Peter Thobe and Jaap Stolte.
(november27, 2006)
(ovember 15, 2006)
The C02 system is cleaned and assembly is started in the vacuumlab at NIKHEF.
(oktober 25, 2006)
Joop Rovekamp made a coolingplate for the backup C02 pump.
(oktober 12, 2006)
Almost all orbital welds are done and a cable rack is mounted on top.
(oktober 5, 2006)
Martin and Erno already made about 200 successfully orbital weldings in the CO2 cooling system.
(september 17, 2006)
A start of welding all stainless steel tubes is made with the new 'orobital welding apparatus' for Swagelock.
(august 28, 2006)
The main welds of the three accumulators are welded and radiographic examined at Hoefnagel & Meijn BV in the Netherlands: Raport 1 ,Raport 2

Pressure tests are done at RUSH ARMADAC BV CALIBRATION LABORATORY (R.A.C.L.) in the Netherlands at 170 Bar according CODAP norm.: Pressure Test Raport

(august 17, 2006)

(july 23, 2006)
The three LEWA C02 pumps arrived at NIKHEF.
(july 20, 2006)
Martin Doets is building the first parts into the 'cooling rack'. All piping will be temporary 'connected' with plastic tubes and finally welded with a 'orbital welding machine'.
(june 30, 2006)
The accumulator top- and bottom-spheres and tubes are ready for welding.
Assembly of the baseplate is started.
Reinforced plates for a new 'high pressure' heat exchanger from SWEP are ready. Dimitry is milling the connecting holes into one plate, and Martin re-threaded four fittings of Swagelock.
