Remove top half of

Vacuum Vessel
on support and Align
to the beamline and IP
Tolerances X-Y=+/- 200 micron Z=+/- 500 micron
Centerframe
is moved in lowest position
to get free space for installation of the two
Detector
Supports
estimated weight vessel = 1000 Kg
Two
Detector Supports
are mounted together
on a lifting frame.
The bellows are compressed in order to have
free space inside the
Vacuum Vessel
estimated lifting weight = 400 Kg
The assembly will be guided by a rail into the
Vacuum Vessel
The assembly is sliding into the
Vacuum Vessel
Centerframe
moved up and will be connected with the
support spheres of the
Detector Supports
.
Temporary connection between the two

Flanges on secondary vacuum are removed
Installation frames for the Detectors are placed
Detectors are sliding on the Installation
frames into the Vacuum Vessel.
