Manuals:
The Module Support is equiped connected with 3 spheres to connect it the hood.
To instal the detector inside de vertex tank, the assemby is mounted on the installation support and
the spheres will be released. The Module Support is now hold by gravity and free to move
vertically.

While the Hood is pushed in, horizontal and vertical bearings will guide the Module Support
into the tank (Detector Support) which slides into 2 horizontal and 1 vertical rail.
The last 5mm, the Module Support will slowly moved in by 3 bolds..
The bearings and 3 surfaces will position the Module Support on his final and precise position.

INSTALLATION STEP BY STEP:

[ps], [pdf]
The Module support is fixed to the hood with 3 spheres. Position of the Module support, with respect to the Hood, is 5 mm offset. The module assembly is placed on the installation support, which can slide on lineair bearings.

[ps], [pdf]
The 3 spheres of the Module support are released. Gravity holds the Module support on it's place. Before sliding in, the Detector Support will lowered by 7 mm.

[ps], [pdf]
The assembly will slide on the Installation Support in to the Detector Support. The horizontal and vertical bearings become in contact of the rails and the Module Support will be quided by the rail to the 'right' position. The module Support will lift up, and the spheres become free.

The Hood will be pushed in untill the flange makes contact with the Tank. The Modules are 5 mm from the the exact position.

[ps], [pdf]
With 3 bolds, rolling on the bearings, the Module Support will slowly moved in. The bearings and 3 surfaces defines the final position of the Module Support.

Finally the Detector Support will move 7mm up into it's normal position. The Module Support is now free to move +/- 5mm up and down and +/- 30 mm in horizontal plane.
