In heavy-ion collisions at Large Hadron Collider (LHC) a new state of matter is being produced which does not exist at ordinary conditions. It is believed that such a state of matter, so-called quark-gluon plasma (QGP), existed in the early Universe, just few microseconds after the Big Bang. Anisotropic flow harmonics are observables which are sensitive to QGP properties, and a newly developed method for their measurement, so-called Q-cumulants, is presented in detail in the thesis. Results of anisotropic flow analysis in ALICE experiment at LHC are presented and discussed.
