Title: "Perspectives of supersymmetry and BSM physics in the LHC era"

Abstract:
With the discovery of a Higgs boson, the Large Hadron Collider has been extremely successful in elucidating the mechanism underlying electroweak symmetry breaking. That discovery, however, makes the problem of the stabilization of the electroweak scale even more pressing, and the lack of signals of new physics so far more surprising. I will discuss the implications of such an absence of signals for supersymmetry and other scenarios addressing the stabilization problem, and illustrate some of the ideas recently emerged to cope with it.
