Update on the LIGO, Virgo, and KAGRA detector upgrades for O4
We will open with a short review of run scheduling by one of the Spokespersons and then to give an overview of the upgrades that will be completed on each instrument for O4, their anticipated impact on sensitivity, current status, and any schedule/sensitivity risks that remain between now and the planned start of O4.
