My name is Tino Shawish Nyawelo. I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Physics Department, University of Utah. My area of research is located on the overlap between (quantum) field theory, supersymmetry and gravity.
In October 1997, I started my education in theoretical high energy physics at the Abdus salam international center for theoretical physics (ICTP), Trieste, Italy. On 27 of April 2004, I obtained my Ph.D. degree in theoretical physics at the Free University of Amsterdam. In the theory group of NIKHEF which is also located in Amsterdam, I wrote my Ph.D. thesis under the supervision of Prof. J.W. van Holten. In November 2004 I moved back to Italy where I started my postdoctoral position at ICTP, Trieste.
