Relaxd System
As explained on the Relaxd system page, we are developing a high-speed X-ray video camera of which multiple units together can make up a larger area. On this page we show the multiplr boards that make up the system and an overview of the system.
Electronic boards
The system consists of two separate boards, combined together in a T-shape configuration for tiling purposes. The board quad carrying the Medipix chips has few components and just passes the signals to the main board behind it. For applications in powerful beams a quad board that can be mounted as an extension of the read-out board will be made.
