For the evolution of fragmentation functions please do not use QCDNUM versions older than 17-00/07 and 17-01/12.

New in qcdnum-18-00/00 (08-mar-2022):
- Same as qcdnum-17-01/15 with a few minor fixes.
- C++ interface for the toolbox and a few MBUTIL routines.
- Separate write-ups for ZMSTF and HQSTF.
- Added the packages SPLINT and WSTORE.
New in qcdnum-17-01/15 (31-oct-2019):
- Few small modifications for the xFitter project.
New in qcdnum-17-01/15 (17-mar-2019):
- Complete freedom in setting VFNS thresholds and evolution start scale.
- Can evolve in the VFNS with intrinsic heavy flavours.
- New singlet/non-singlet evolution routine.
- New routine to set cuts in the kinematic plane.
- Pdf access not anymore restricted to those evolved with current parameters.
- See the xFitter talk for additional new routines and features.
New in qcdnum-17-01/14 (21-dec-2017):
- Working C++ interface for QCDNUM (except the toolbox), ZMSTF and HQSTF.
- Replace the routine PDFEXT by the routine EXTPDF (the old routine could not be interfaced to C++).
- Introduce subroutine QSTORE providing a common block for use in C++ programs.
- Fix bug in IDSPFUN, EVTABLE and a bug causing occasional parameter store overflow.
New in qcdnum-17-00/08 (1-may-2017):
- Fix bug in IDSPFUN: the weight table identifiers of P+ and P‐ were interchanged.
New in qcdnum-17-01/13 (23-jan-2017):
- Include the C++ interface (not fully working).
New in qcdnum-17-01/13 (9-jan-2017):
- Much faster interpolation routines, with extended functionality, see the xFitter talk for more details.
- Some routines had to be replaced (as usual, error messages will inform you about this):
FSNSXQ → BVALXQ ; FPDFXQ → ALLFXQ ; FSUMXQ → SUMFXQ ; PDFLST → FFLIST ; PDFTAB → FTABLE.
New in qcdnum-17-01/12 and qcdnum-17-00/07 (26-feb-2016):
- Fix error in the evolution of singlet fragmentation functions at NLO.
- Implement matching conditions in the NLO evolution of fragmentation functions.
New in qcdnum-17-01/11 (13-nov-2015):
- Possibility to set the number of perturbative terms in the EVDGLAP evolution via a call to SETINT.
New in qcdnum-17-01/10 (27-oct-2015):
- Can now build the library with Autotools (or with the makelibs script as before);
- The argument list of PDFEXT was not as that given in the write-up. Bug corrected.
New in qcdnum-17-01/0i (29-sep-2015):
- Several bug fixes in version 17-01/0h
New in qcdnum-17-01/0h (8-sep-2015):
- The internal memory can hold up to 24 (was 9) pdf sets;
- Pdf sets in internal memory now remember their evolution parameters;
- You can store copies of pdf sets evolved with different parameters (e.g. LO/NLO/NNLO);
- Imported pdf sets can hold more than the 13 quark and gluon pdfs (e.g. a photon pdf);
- Pdfs in internal memory are now addressed in the toolbox via the function IPDFTAB.
GETALFN → ALTABN ; CHKPDF → NPTABS ; PDFINP → PDFEXT ; NFLAVOR → NFLAVS ; EVFCOPY → EVPCOPY.
New in qcdnum-17-01/0g (31-mar-2015):
- Can organise a toolbox workspace into sets of tables;
- A toolbox workspace can now also hold tables of pdfs and expansion coefficients;
- New addressing scheme for tables in a toolbox workspace or internal memory;
- New suite of toolbox routines for n-fold coupled DGLAP evolution;
- Possibility to copy pdfs from a toolbox workspace into internal memeory;
- Possibility to steer QCDNUM with data cards (including user-defined ones).
