(1) taxi from Schiphol airport to Renaissance Hotel Amsterdam (35-40 Euro; 20 minutes)
(2) train from Schiphol airport to Amsterdam Centraal (Amsterdam CS) (3,40 Euro; 15 minutes).
     From Amsterdam Centraal (Amsterdam CS) the hotel can be reached by foot (recommended),
     taxi (about 10 Euro; if substantially more you got cheated!)
     or tram (1.60 Euro). For the tram take line 1, 2 or 5 and get off at Nieuwezijds Kolk (1st stop, better to walk!).
