Help

If you have a problem with JGridstart, you have several options:

  • Read the online documentation to see if your problem is covered
  • Consult the frequently asked questions
  • Search or post on the jGridstart help forum (https://gforge.vl-e.nl/forum/forum.php?forum_id=190)
  • Ask your grid contact
  • If you are sure you have found a bug, please open a bug report. Either
    • report a new issue (https://grid.sara.nl/issues/set_project.php?project_id=9&ref=bug_report_page.php) using the bug tracker, or
    • send an email to jgridstart - at - grid dot sara.nl.
  • Contact the developer of jGridstart via email: wvengen+jgridstart - at - nikhef _dot_ nl.

If an error occurs when running jGridstart, please include the log messages. From the main window, choose from menu Actions, View log.... Select everything, and press Ctrl-C (or Apple-C). Then paste that into the message you compose to us.
