Sadly, and despite the almost embarrasingly positive judgement by an international expert evaluation committee, the PROPOSAL to research and develop the GRAIL resonant sphere Gravity Wave detector, was REJECTED by the Dutch pure research funding agency in favour of extending more conventional, on-going work.
