Vetowall FLT Timing Cut

For the Vetowall detector (see section <8889>>section:vetowall) a coincidence of two opposing plates within a short time window ( ) is considered as a hit. When a hit occurs within a time window of centered at before the bunch crossing time of the event the event is vetoed.
