MUFFIN Help Needed

MUFFIN has been developed to allow its use wherever you want to kill cosmics or halo muons or even for direct muons. It is just a pattern finder. Once a pattern is found a "trigger like" algorithm decides wether this pattern stems from a muon. This is done in the routine CUP_FindMuon() in MUFFINCUP. This routine is only tuned for high Pt (charged current) events sofar.

We badly need people who are interested to tune MUFFIN for their kind of physics. The coding effort is very small, you need to run RUNMUFFIN on your sample and then play around with the NTUPLE you get from it. The framework is set up for it, all you need to do is to plug your own "trigger algorithm" in it. It involves a lot of browsing, rerunning on your NTUPLE and staring at events though...
