MUFFIN - Documentation and Code
MUFFIN is a complicated code and needs a lot of computer time
for running. Therefore it is wise to run MUFFIN on a selected
sample and not on all your events.
A list of frequently asked questions with answers. This list will
grow as time goes by, in case of questions that seem "obvious" to
you, just consult this list first before contacting the authors
of MUFFIN.
To improve the readability of the code we always wanted to turn
all the code into HTML format. The code consists of something like 50K lines
of CAR file code, about 600 subroutines and 150 functions.
Now we have used Ayal's

magnificient car2html tool.
You can for example click on 'runmuffin.index', then 'zuinit',
then you can click on 'muffinini', then 'MUF_INIT'..
You can browse the source in no time! Or try finding the routine
CUP_FindMuon()
inside MUFFINCUP. From there you can click into the muon types
album and browse the 3D pictures of VRML files...
Here you can find a possible setting of the steering cards. The cards
not mentioned in this list have the default value.
