Logic Matrix Unit (LMU)

The Logic Matrix Unit (LMU) is a VME/VSBbus card, developed at NIKHEF for the CHORUS experiment. Its main function is to inspect the triggerconditions, and decide which parts of the CHORUS detector have to be readout. When the opto-electronic chains have been triggered twice during one spill, they are disabled and the LMU will accept only calorimeter/mu-spectrometer events during the rest of that spill.

Although you may use Ghostview, on a SUN-Sparc it really looks better and displays faster in Pageview.

To use SUN's Pageview instead of Ghostscript, create a file

.mailcap

in your home directory, containing the following line:

application/postscript; pageview -dpi 85 -Wp 100 100 -Ws 600 600 %s

and restart xmosaic.
