OT LV Distribution
Introduction
The function of the Low-Voltage distribution system is to
bring the low bias voltages to the
Front-End Electronics.
Control Box.
An overview of the LV distribution system is shown in the
figure below
(also available in
Autocad format).
The main feature of the system is that, in each
FE Box, all bias lines are regulated on board
through voltage regulators in the
GOL/AUX Board:
only two main bias lines, "+5V" and "-5V" , are fed to each
GOL/AUX Board by the LV Distribution system.
