The Internal Target Hall of the NIKHEF Amsterdam Pulse Stretcher electron
storage ring has been used to study a broad range of nuclear physics
using a target internal to the storage ring.
This type of physics, known as Internal Target Physics, allows
one to access kinematic regions which are inaccessible in
other environments.
