The basic driver drives 250uA, in order to get a higher current
the drivers can be connected in parallel.For the version with 3mA drive
current capability, the transistor sizes are enlarged. The 3mA driver will
introduce LVDS voltage swing levels at the receiver side when terminated
with 120 Ohms which is the typical impedance of a twisted pair cable.
