PCS: A phase calibration system for Atlas_MDT
A scheme for the phase calibration of the ATLAS monitored drifttubes read-out
electronics is described here.
The system proposed in this paper does not need precise cut cables
or extensive calibration of components before or after installation. It
is inexpensive and fault tolerant
