Plotting of a poster on the color plotter

Login at the computer next to the plotter.
|
|
|
go to file -> print
Choose the local printer: 'PLOTTER HP DESIGNJET 755CM(C3198B)'
|
|
go to -> properties
Subtab [Paper size]:
Choose your plotting paper size
Click at [More size] if you don't find your papersize to create a custom size
Choose the Paper Quality:
'normal' for normal coated paper and
'best' for the final poster glossy film.
NOTE: don't choose at this window for scaling to a particular papersize -> see last step

Subtab [Options]:
Choose the Print Quality:
Best (enhanced) for glossy paper and Normal (final) for coated paper.

Subtab [Advanced]:
Choose for Process 'In computer'. (Some jobs will exceed the plotter
memory and this toggle will use the computer memory)
Choose 'Autorotate', to save paper when you paper size is smaller than A0
|
|
If you want fit to your paper size, choose at this first window 'fit to page'
|
