Do you want to loosen up your muscles or be able to relax properly? Then join the free yoga lessons on every Tuesday afternoon between 16.30 en 17.30 hours in the Eulerzaal or in the Spectrum (Nikhef).

The exercises are aiming to loosen the back, neck and shoulder muscles and to be aware of the build-up of mental and physical tension. Depending on the room available at maxmum 20 people can participate.

The lessons are given by mrs. Ajit Kaur Sandhu. She has more than 20 years experience as yoga teacher.

No special  clothing is needed but wearing casual clothing is preferable. Please bring a towel with you. Mats, cushions, plaids and knee rolls are present. Register for the lessons via  reception CWI.
