The Beetle VELO Hybrid (2002)

At NIKHEF a prototype hybrid has been developed, that contains a silicon detector and 16 Beetle chips. This device has been used at the X7 test beam at CERN in August 2002.

The hybrid with the 16 Beetle chips has been bonded to the silicon in June 2002.
The test set up at NIKHEF, just before shipping to CERN for the X7 test beam in August 2002.
