The easiest connection to the WTCW Campus is by tram 9 from Central Station (city centre) to Diemen. Get off at tram stop Middenweg/Kruislaan where a special and free shuttle service will be available as of Tuesday (in the Kruislaan, direction north-east/science park) or take a short walk. Please check the website (http://www.nikhef.nl/ecfa-desy) for maps and more information on how to reach the WTCW Campus.

2. Fee

Please note that your registration is only valid if the Conference Office has received your payment before the start of the conference. Paying the fee at the registration desk at the beginning of the conference is possible though not encouraged. If there is still an amount to be paid, we kindly ask you to make payment as soon as possible. If you paid by bank, please bring a proof of payment. The fee includes access to all sessions, lunches, coffee and tea, reception, conference dinner, free public transport ticket for 4 days and conference materials.

3. Internet connection during the conference

We have arranged both wired and wireless Internet access during the conference. Some workstations with Internet access (browser and ssh) will be made available. In addition there will be 10/100BaseT connections available for attendees who would like to use their own laptop computers for accessing e-mail. Wireless Internet access will be based on the 802.11 wireless LAN standard. IP network numbers will be assigned automatically using the DHCP-protocol. Make sure your configuration on your laptop is set up for this. Note that the Dutch power line has 220 Volts. Be sure to have a power plug conversion kit to fit into the Dutch power outlet.
