In order to get your talks available on the web pages, you have three options:
| 1. | e-mail us (ecfa-desy@nikhef.nl) the web location of your talk; | |
| 2. | go to our help desk (H137a, follow signs) and let the people there install your talk in the proper location; | |
| 3. | give the transparencies of your talk to the session coordinator directly after your talk for scanning or hand them to the persons at the help desk (H137a, follow signs). |
Obviously, we favor to receive a digital version of your talk. Scanning is time consuming and results in file sizes between 10 and 40 MB which in turn translates into poor web accessibility.
Please realize that by making your talk available on the web swiftly will facilitate the job of those who have to give the respective summary talks.
