Project Description:

Can Node connected to the following types of sensors (updated April, Sept 1999 and Februari 2000):

* in MVD volume

Work:

• Detector Temperature: small sensors for use on detectors:
  • Barrel : detectors 0.0, 0.3 and 2.4,
  • Wheel : detectors in sector 0, 4 and 13
• Hyrid Temperature:
  • Barrel: 1 sensor on every ladder
  • Wheel: sensors on modules of sector 3 and 10
• Water: flow/temperature/pressure sensors
• Air flow measurement: in air tube
• Leak detection; humidity sensors and water drip monitor
• extra: 19 beampipe temperature sensors (Uwe Schneekloth)

NIKHEF takes care of the  sensors  in the detector, the cabling to the electronics and the software in the vetowall area.
